Founded by Rahul Singh (ex-Flipkart, category leadership), NexTen is built on a foundation of "insider" e-commerce knowledge. We are currently building a world-class "A-Team" of hustlers who believe that first-principles thinking can outperform any legacy corporate strategy.


The Role: The Growth Architect

We aren't looking for a "manager" to maintain the status quo. We are looking for a Data-Obsessed Hustler who understands that e-commerce is where math meets psychology. You will own the growth trajectory of our partner brands across Amazon, Flipkart, and other digital marketplaces.

You need to be a Big Picture Thinker who can map out a 12-month brand vision, but also a Doer who will spend hours in the trenches of Amazon Advertising Console to find that 1% edge.


Your Core Responsibilities1. Aggressive Amazon & Marketplace PPC
  • Strategic Ad Management: Own the end-to-end execution of Amazon PPC (SP, SB, SD) and Flipkart Ads. You don't just "set and forget"; you optimize daily for ACOS, TACOS, and ROAS.

  • Keyword Dominance: Use first-principles thinking to identify high-intent, low-competition keywords that others miss.

  • Bidding Algorithms: Develop and implement sophisticated bidding strategies to ensure maximum "Share of Voice" during peak traffic hours.

2. Consumer Behavior & Targeting
  • Customer Journey Mapping: Understand exactly where your customer is—whether they are "window shopping" on social or "ready to buy" on Amazon—and hit them with the right message.

  • Psychological Hooking: Work with the content team to ensure product images and copy solve the specific "pain points" identified through your analysis of consumer behavior.

3. Deep-Dive Analytics & Ownership
  • The "Numbers" Person: You must be analytically sound. You will live in Excel and BI tools, tracking CAC, LTV, and conversion rates to determine the true health of the business.

  • P&L Ownership: You are responsible for the sales performance of the brand. You identify gaps in the assortment, detect trend shifts, and pivot strategies before they impact the bottom line.

4. First-Principle Disruption
  • Challenge the Norm: If a marketplace "best practice" isn't working for our brand, you break it down and build a new playbook from scratch.

  • Inventory & Demand Sync: Partner with the operations team to ensure our growth isn't throttled by out-of-stock situations.

  • The Hustler: You are a go-getter who takes High Ownership. If a campaign fails at 2 AM, you’re the one figuring out why.

  • The Analytical Mind: You don't make "gut feeling" decisions. You use data to tell a story and back up every strategic move.

  • The Problem Solver: You see a drop in organic ranking as a puzzle to be solved, not a report to be filed.

  • Experience: Proven track record in scaling D2C brands on Amazon/Flipkart. You know the "back-end" of these platforms like the back of your hand.
