Finance Manager

This isn't a "sit behind a desk and crunch numbers" role. We need a Finance Generalist who can navigate the complexities of a scaling business today and has the vision, scalability, and leadership potential to evolve into our CFO. • Conduct rigorous financial due diligence, market analysis, and valuation modeling.
• Develop investment theses and post-acquisition integration plans to ensure ROI.

• Manage fundraising activities, cap table management, and investor relations.

• Maintain a clean, audit-ready ledger from day one.

• Oversee legal documentation and corporate governance to mitigate risk as we scale.

• Build the financial "operating system" of the company using automation and modern tech stacks.

• Qualified Expert: You are a Chartered Accountant (CA), CFA, MBA or B-comm from Tier 1 colleges.

• Experience: A few years of experience in the area of managing Business Finance, corporate Finance, Investments, Merger and Acquisitions, etc is preferred.

• The Hustler: You are a go-getter who thrives in ambiguity. No task is too small, and no challenge is too big.

• First-Principles Thinker: You don't follow "best practices" blindly; you break problems down to their fundamental truths to find the most efficient path forward.
