NexTen Brands is a high-velocity house of brands founded by Rahul Singh (ex-Flipkart Category Leader). We don't just "invest"; we build. We partner with manufacturer-led brands to unlock their e-commerce potential through two distinct models: Direct Investment and our Revenue-Sharing Accelerator.
We are looking for a Growth Architect who can spot diamonds in the rough. This role isn't just about crunching numbers on a spreadsheet; it’s about finding the "soul" of a brand, understanding the founder’s grit, and having the strategic gut feeling to see a multi-crore brand where others only see a small factory.

Deep-Dive Research: Conduct in-depth market research to identify early-stage, manufacturer-led brands with high scalability.
Pipeline Engineering: Utilize industry databases, social media (LinkedIn/X), and professional networks to build a robust lead pipeline.
Trend Spotting: Stay updated on emerging brands and competitive shifts within the e-commerce and manufacturing sectors.

Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree from a Tier 1 college (Business, Economics, or related field).
Skills: Strong analytical thinking, business research, and critical thinking.
Technical Savvy: Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with e-commerce metrics is a plus.
Mindset: A "Founder's Mindset"—high ownership, proactive initiative, and a belief in disruption.
Communication: Your communication is high-level and compelling. You can articulate NexTen's value proposition to a veteran manufacturer with clarity and punch.
